Starting with a ground-up joint development of a Super WalMart store John also leased in Trader Joes, Gold's Gym, King Buffet, Nono's Home Decor, Clear Creek Dental and Carson Nails. 

When Trader Joes opened in this center traffic was backed up for miles along Hwy 395.  A true one stop shop for everyone.
