Harbor Freight Tools relocated from their Sparks, Nevada location to Peckham
Square in Reno.
John has since gone on to represent them in their relocation of their South
Sacramento, California location as well as with a new store in Rocklin,
California.
John and Harbor Freight Tools are currently negotiating a lease for a store in
Goodyear, Arizona with more sites being selected in 2008. A lease for a
new store in Carson City, Nevada has been signed with tenant improvements
starting soon.
Rocklin, California
In Rocklin, a dark Walmart store turned into a neighborhood center located near
Hwy 80 and Hwy 65. The Walmart was compartmentalized with a Room Source,
American Furniture, Bellach Furniture and John finished off the vacancy with
Harbor Freight Tools. Recently the center has attracted a ground up 40k sf
Scandinavian Designs store.
 Formerly
a failing 99cent Only store in Stockridge Plaza, South Sacramento. John
paired Harbor Freight Tools with Dollar Tree.
